Shipping & Delivery

WITHIN BALI

We offer free delivery in Bali between 10am - 6pm daily.  Please provide us with your house/villa name, address, google pin, local contact number and timeframe for your delivery.  

 

INTERNATIONAL

Deliveries are sent during business hours, any purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 2 working days for orders to be processed. A tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been dispatched.  

All international orders are sent with FED EX.

We currently only offer Express Shipping for international orders.

Express shipping: 10-14 days 

*please be patient with delivery, we are based in Bali and things here tend to operate on island time.  

 

Duties & Taxes 

International shipping may incur duties and taxes in some countries. Please check with your local customs regarding duties and taxes in your country. Please note that NOLLA will not be responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays.

NOLLA is no longer responsible for your order once it has been shipped.



RETURNS

WITHIN BALI

You may return your full price NOLLA piece for exchange or store credit if purchased in Bali through our website or from our Bali store.

For all returns, the following requirements must be met:


- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. 
- All items must be in the original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.

At this time we do not offer returns for international purchases and can only offer returns within Indonesia.

- Please note all sale items are final

Returns Procedure

Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for exchange is not covered or reimbursed by NOLLA. We recommend using a registered postal service, to return your NOLLA pieces, as we will not be held accountable for the loss of your goods being returned.

- Prior to returning your goods, please contact us advising the reason for your return; and items you would like to exchange your goods for. We will then provide you with further instructions.
- When returning your goods please include your name, order number and your items for return, including packaging.

Returns Process

Please note, we try to process our returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask that you please allow around 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the return to be processed. Once the exchange item(s) have been sent you will provided you with a tracking number.
